Yuri is the owner of Checkpoint with great teaching experience. In addition to this he built his career on the creation of the musical project and brand Checkpoint, which today includes two premises - Checkpoint Studio and Drumschool.

Denys Kurov is a student of one of our first teachers of drums at the school - Volodymyr Perehinets.He has been playing drums for over 8 years and prefers metal and rock music.

Denys has been playing drums for 13 years but in addition to that he has experience playing a piano, guitar and bass guitar. He prefers styles such as punk, rock, funk-fusion, indie, grunge and hip hop.

Dmytro studied at Checkpoint Drumschool with one of our first teachers Kostyantyn Nikitenko. Dmytro enjoys playing in styles such as rock, metal, fusion and jazz.

Yuliya's musical journey began in childhood with piano lessons at a music school. Later she taught herself guitar and bass guitar, and for the past four years she has been actively playing drums. Yuliya studied with professional instructors and over time began teaching others. Today she is the drummer of the band «USNI», creates her own parts and takes part in musical improvisations.Yuliya studied under professional teachers and gradually began to teach herself. Today she is the drummer of the band «USNI», writes her own parts and participates in musical improvisations.Her lessons are suitable for beginners, students with no experience, and children. In addition to teaching, Yuliya organizes events and lectures, building a friendly community at Checkpoint.
