Checkpoint is a team of people who change the musical world of Kyiv and Ukraine, but also it's two of our places.

The first one is Checkpoint Studio - musical complex which provides services such as rehearsals, sound recording, drum lessons and lessons on other different instruments, sound engineering courses, musical equipment rent, rent of the place for events, video shooting and other activities!

The second place is Checkpoint Drumschool - without exaggeration the largest and the best drum school in Ukraine!

Both of the places are located in the center of Kyiv but it's not the only our benefit. We have professional musical equipment, nice acoustics, experienced team and quality service!

The most important for us is reputation and the will to grow as a business!

FAQ

A trial lessons is:

  • meeting with the student, the talk about what the student needs to have for the lessons
  • practicing with our hands, the grip of the drum stick and the motion of our hits
  • playing some exercises 
  • playing starting grooves at the drum kit

A single lesson is:

  • any interesting topic for student

A trial lessons costs 300 grn or 600 to Yuri Riabchuk, but in case you continue studying at our school this payment will be included in the payment of the first subscription.

At the moment there are 4 drum teachers at the school and we have 3 categories depending on teaching and playing experience.

  • The trial lessons costs 300 grn or 600 to Yuri Riabchuk.

Single lessons:

  • Denys Yurchyk, Denys Kurov and Dmytro Novikov - 1200 grn/hour (60 min lesson)
  • Yuri Riabchuk - 1600 grn/hour

Monthly subscription for 4 lessons:

  • Denys Yurchyk, Denys Kurov and Dmytro Novikov - 3500 grn
  • Yuri Riabchuk - 5600 grn

We have gift certificates at our school.

Several ways of getting the digital version of certificate blank:

  • by email
  • by any messenger (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook)

Several ways of getting the printed version of certificate blank:

  • by postal delivery
  • by our addresses in Kyiv - 13/15 Observatorna Str. and 117 Saksaganskogo Str.

You can fill up the blank by your own. Just write down the name and surname of the student, the amount of lessons you wish to buy, and the instrument the student wishes to attend. You can also buy a money balance on some amount.

  • The terms of certificate validation are 3 months from the day of the payment! Be attentive and responsible!
  • We don't return money after the payment!

For certificate booking:

  • write us down the name and surname of the student and who books the certificate
  • the cell phone number of the student and who books the certificate
  • the postal office for delivery of the printed version of certificate if needed
  • the amount of lessons or money balance you would like to have
  • after the payment please send us the receipt
